Terms of service.

Salon Policies:

No Refunds: All sales are final. We do not offer refunds for any hair services rendered.

Cancellation and Rescheduling: Clients must reschedule or cancel appointments at least 72 hours (3 days) before the scheduled appointment time. Failure to do so will result in forfeiture of the appointment deposit.

Cancellations within 24 hours will be charged the same fee as a no show

Rescheduling Policy: We allow up to two reschedules for your appointment. If you need to reschedule a third time, your deposit will be forfeited, and a new deposit will be required to secure a new appointment.

Deposit Refund: Appointment deposits are refundable only if the cancellation or rescheduling occurs before the 72-hour mark.

No-Show Policy: If you fail to show up to your scheduled appointment without prior notice we will charge a no show fee of

Services within 1 hour to 1 hour and a half $50 (Cut, Treatment, Wash and blow dry)

Services over 2 hours $100 (Colour, Cold perm)

Services over 3 hours $250 (Bleach, Keratin, Straightening )

Change of Mind: Change of mind regarding hair services must be communicated at least 72 hours in advance to avoid deposit forfeiture.

Late Arrival: At JUNN we strive to provide the best service for our clients therefore late arrivals affects not only our quality of service but the overall schedule of the day hence we have a deposit policy in place.

15 minutes late will result in the forfeiture of your deposit and possibly a shortened service, cancellation or reschedule of your booking as we may have sufficient time to complete your service

Redo Policy: Clients must notify us within 7 days if they are unsatisfied with their hair service to be eligible for a redo. Redos are subject to salon discretion and availability.

Price Policy: Service prices are subject to change based on the difficulty of the hair style. Prices may vary from the initial quote.

Additional Charges: Additional charges may apply for extra services not included in the initial appointment.

Right to Refuse Service: We reserve the right to refuse service to individuals who disrespect our team members or use inappropriate language towards them. Such individuals will be asked to leave the shop immediately.
